Situated on 6.5 acres, this senior care facility will offer independent living, assisted living, and memory care services. The 4-story independent living building consists of 92 units with air-conditioned corridors. The 3-story assisted living building contains 48 units while the 1-story memory care facility contains 34 units. Various campus amenities will include a separate activity area, a fitness/physical therapy center, a movie theater and meeting area, beauty/barber service, and a state-of-the-art kitchen.
