Located adjacent to MSU, this 5-story, 200-unit resident hall contains 4 levels of podium parking with the top three floors of the building slated for two-person rooms and at least four shared restrooms per floor. It also features a large dining hall, 2,300 square feet of retail space, a computer lab and study and rooftop deck areas.
