District at Eastover

This 4-floor, 256-unit apartment building was constructed above a 2-level podium parking deck and incorporated 30,000 sf of cold, dark retail shell space. The mixed-use nature of the building and limited space for locating utilities required close coordination between the engineering and architectural designs.
