- 2+ years of work experience in the design of mechanical HVAC system for various building types. Including knowledge in heat loss/gain calculations, equipment selection, duct design, piping design, etc.
- Proficient with ACAD
- Knowledgeable in the Mechanical Code
- 2+ years of work experience in the design of power and lighting systems for various building types. Including knowledge in power distribution systems including 208v 3 phase and 1 phase, 240v 1 phase and 480V 3 phase.
- Proficient with ACAD
- Knowledgeable in the NEC
- 2+ years of work experience in the design of sanitary waste, water distribution, gas piping and process piping system for various building types. Including knowledge in equipment selection, hydraulic calculations, piping design, etc.
- Proficient with ACAD
- Knowledgeable in the Plumbing Code
- Experienced in managing projects and design teams as well as scheduling design work.
- Skilled at working with clients in a professional manner, ensuring a high quality product and maintaining good customer service.
- Proficient with ACAD
- Knowledgeable in MEP design and the applicable codes.
