This new construction 325,233 sf, 5-floor, 343-unit apartment building is wrapped around a 5-floor, 152,062 sf parking deck. It features ~58,650 sf of common conditioned areas and 7,645 sf of amenity space. Working closely with the civil engineer and architect, the VP team developed strategic areas to house utilities on a zero lot-line.
