Located on 7.9 acres within the Mattison Estate, this “next stage senior living” facility will focus on holistic aging. The community will be comprised of 156 independent living units, 62 assisted living units and 32 memory care units with secure, structured parking. Amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center, yoga studio, several bar and lounge areas, two theaters, an outdoor garden, a dog wash and run, an art studio, multiple indoor and outdoor dining venues and courtyard areas with barbeque grills and fire pits.
