This two floor medical office building was designed with flex shell space on the first floor and a specific tenant upfit on the second floor. Close coordination with the developer was required in order to ensure the second floor tenant’s requirements were incorporated into the shell design of the building. Additionally, the first floor flex space was designed to allow maximum flexibility for the future tenants.
